miscellaneous charge

I purchased a tailgate camera for a truck about a year ago. It has worked perfect with no complaints. While repairing the tailgate lock, I damaged a portion of the tailgate camera bracket. The staff was able to sell me just the piece I needed. They gave great instructions on the replacement and shipped the product quickly. This is the customer service that you don't see everyday and it is extremely refreshing to know they wanted to keep me as a customer.
