Easy Install But Was Confused About Where To Connect

2017 Ram 2500 - website said the camera connects to the harness under the truck so thought it meant literally under the truck (see wrong place and red X in picture 2), but the correct location is at the tailgate (see green checkmark in picture 1). The connector under the truck has the wrong gender connection and the connector where the tailgate connects to the truck is correct. Just pop off the rectangle connector cover by the tailgate and then it's an easy install. Nice product and appreciate the support.

Relocation of back up camera on 2nd Gen Tundra

Added a rear hitch tire carrier that blocked OEM camera. Got a relocation camera from the tire carrier co. that was bad. Perspective was off and looked like looking thru the wrong end of binoculars.

Picked this one up on sale and mounted it on the center cap of the carried wheel. Plug n play. The image is better than OEM. Now I can back up safely without using the rear carried tire as a battering ram…unless I want to.
