My back up camera wiring got pinched and trying to solder those little wires didn't work out as well as I had hoped. This plug and play solution was a quick and easy fix. Works perfectly.

First off, it delivered in about a week, incase someone is wondering. I started off by running the wire up to my headunit on my double cab. I was then, going to run a seperate wire back to my reverse wire and decide not to because one, they don't include enough wire for that and second, cause my camera button on my radio can manually turn the camera on and off. I hooked up the red camera wire and purple switch wire to the ignition wire on the radio. I then hooked up the black camera wire to the negative on the radio. So, now I just turn it on and off when I need it even while I'm driving if I want to see my trailer, bike rack, etc. I also went ahead and installed a 12volt plug and ran both camera and plug wires together in a wire loom to the gromet underneath the driver seat and into the cab. All in all, I'm happy with camera quality and the look of OEM on my tailgate.

Worked exactly as it is supposed to!
I shopped around for hours looking for the right backup camera setup to hookup to the factory harness in my truck that didn't come equipped with the tailgate camera. Then I also had to adapt to my aftermarket radio in my 07 Toyota Tundra limited. The customer service was great, confirmed any questions I had about what I was buying, product came as described and works well.

WIDE ANGLE BACKUP CAMERA
Bought the wide angle tailgate camera for my 06 Silverado , first one I found for my year that went in the tailgate . Fairly easy install , great picture quality , bezel could fit tighter in tailgate but it is a way better setup than the ones I used on the license plate bracket . Very satisfied with my purchase , would buy again .
